How can I purchase AFEELA?

You can reserve your AFEELA online if you currently reside in California. To get started, please use this link. (https://shm-afeela.com/config/model/afeela1).

If you’re located outside of California, please sign-up for our newsletter to be among the first to know when we expand to your area. Visit: https://www.shm-afeela.com. Then click the "Sign Up" button.

I do not live in California. Can I still buy an AFEELA?

We recommend signing up for our newsletter to stay updated as we will be expanding to other states in the near future.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You may cancel your reservation by following the steps below:

  • On the AFEELA website, click the "My Account" link located at the top right corner of the homepage.

  • If you are not already logged in, please complete the login steps.

  • Click "Order History".

  • Select "View Details" for your reservation.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Reservation".

Your reservation fee will be fully refunded to the credit card used for your original payment. Once the cancellation has been processed, the refund typically appears as a credit on your account within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Is it possible to transfer my reservation to someone else?

No. Reservations are linked to the account created with your AFEELA Account and are not transferable.

Do I need to create an account to place a reservation for AFEELA?

Yes, creating an account is required to place a reservation for AFEELA.

How will I receive updates on my AFEELA reservation?

You will receive email updates about your reservation sent to the email address associated with your AFEELA Account.

Why should I reserve AFEELA?

Reserving AFEELA now ensures that your AFEELA will be prioritized for delivery, which is estimated to begin in late 2026.

What happens after I place my reservation?

Once you submit your reservation and AFEELA you selected is ready for production, we will invite you to complete your vehicle configuration on our website. After configuring your AFEELA, you will receive confirmation of your choices and a detailed breakdown of the approximate final purchase price.

To complete your purchase, you will need to sign Sony Honda Mobility’s standard Agreement for Purchase or, if available in your state, a lease agreement. These agreements will include additional terms, conditions, and the final purchase price of your AFEELA EV (“Final Sales Agreement”).

Please note that additional payments for taxes, government fees, and shipping or destination charges will be required and will be reflected in your Final Sales Agreement.

When can I order AFEELA?

Orders will be available once production begins, which is anticipated in the fall of 2026.
Delivery is anticipated to begin in late 2026 and your reservation will allow us to establish an approximate priority for determining the completion of the order process and the delivery of your vehicle. Please consider making a reservation on our web site.

Can I reserve AFEELA if I live outside of California?

At this time, we are only accepting reservations from California residents who will take delivery in California, garage AFEELA in California, and title and register AFEELA in California.

Can I purchase AFEELA under my business name?

Yes, we plan to offer the option to purchase AFEELA under a business name.

How many AFEELA vehicles can I purchase per account?

Each AFEELA account allows for one vehicle purchase.

How will I know when it's time to finalize my AFEELA order?

You will receive an email notification prompting you to finalize your AFEELA order.

How can I view my AFEELA configuration before finalizing my order?

To view your AFEELA configuration, visit the My Account page and select "Order Information."

Tip: Click the account icon in the upper-right corner of the page to access the My Account page.

Is the reservation fee refundable?

Yes, the reservation fee is refundable.
