How do I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation at any time by going to “Order Information” on the My Account page. The reservation fee will be fully refunded to the credit card you used to make your reservation fee.
To open the My Account page, click the account icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
Is it possible to transfer my reservation to someone else?
No. Reservations are linked to the account created with your AFEELA Account and are not transferable.
Do I need to create an account to place a reservation for AFEELA?
Yes, AFEELA account is required to place a reservation.
How will I receive updates on my AFEELA reservation?
Updates about your reservation will be sent to the email address registered for your AFEELA account.
Why should I reserve AFEELA?
Delivery is anticipated to begin in mid 2026 and your reservation will allow us to establish an approximate priority for determining the completion of the order process and the delivery of your vehicle.
What happens after I place my reservation?
After you submit your reservation and AFEELA you selected becomes available in production, we will invite you to complete the configuration of your AFEELA on our website. Once you have completed the configuration of your AFEELA, we will provide you with confirmation of your AFEELA configuration, and a detailed break-down of the approximate final purchase price. To purchase AFEELA you have selected and configured, you will need to execute Sony Honda Mobility’s standard Agreement for Purchase or a lease agreement if SHMA is, at that time, offering leases to consumers in the state in which you reside which will include additional terms and conditions, including the final purchase price for your AFEELA EV (collectively, “Final Sales Agreement”). Additional payments, including applicable taxes, other governmental fees, and/or shipping or destination charges, will be required as part of your final purchase of AFEELA and will be reflected in your Final Sales Agreement.
When can I order AFEELA?
Orders will be available once production begins, which is anticipated in early 2026.

One vehicle may be reserved per AFEELA Account.
How will I know when it's time to finalize my AFEELA order?
An email will be sent to the email registered to your AFEELA Account acknowledging receipt of your reservation.
How can I view my AFEELA configuration before finalizing my order?
To view your vehicle configuration, go to the My Account page and access "Order Information."
