Official Rules and Terms and Conditions

Introduction

To be eligible for participation in this "Newsletter Registration Campaign" (this “Campaign") organized by Sony Honda Mobility Inc. (the “Company"), you must carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions (these “Terms"). Completing the registration form at the bottom of this page constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and your consent to receive communications from the Company.

Campaign Overview

This Campaign is open to eligible individuals who register for our newsletter using specific pages or links on our website. No purchase is necessary to participate.

A total of ten thousand (10,000) Gift Codes are available. This Campaign will end once all Gift Codes have been distributed. The Company makes no guarantee that any or all participants will receive a Gift Code. Gift Codes are distributed at the Company’s discretion in accordance with a first-in-time policy. If you are an eligible individual but register for the newsletter after 10,000 Gift Codes have been distributed, then you will not receive a Gift Code. Please note that due to a delay between Gift Code distribution and update of the website or advertisements, the website or a particular advertisement may indicate that Gift Codes are in stock even though no Gift Codes are available at that time. In such cases, we will not be able to provide you with a Gift Code. Thank you for your understanding.

Eligibility

This Campaign is only available to residents of California.
This campaign is only available to new registrants. Participants who have previously registered for the newsletter, existing registrants, and current account holders are not eligible.
Participants must register using the designated form on our website.
Participants must have a valid email address.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries may lead to disqualification.
Employees of the Company are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

How to Participate

Eligible participants must register for the newsletter using the form on this page.

Gift Code Distribution

Eligible participants will be entered to receive a $10 Amazon.com Gift Card (“Gift Code”) (while supplies last and subject to limitations).

After completing newsletter registration, participants will receive a confirmation email at the email address used to register for the newsletter (the “registered email”). The confirmation email will include a claim link. Participants must click the claim link in the confirmation email in order to redeem the gift code.

After clicking the claim link in the confirmation email, participants will receive the Gift Code in a separate email sent to the participant’s registered email address.

If the confirmation email or gift code cannot be delivered to a participant’s registered email address for any reason, the participant’s Gift Code shall be forfeited. The Company reserves the right to withhold or reassign gift codes for any reason at any time.

Gift Codes may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or resold.

Limitations

The Campaign and receiving a Gift Code are subject to these Terms. Gift Codes are also subject to the Amazon.com Gift Card Terms and Conditions, https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GNG9PXYZUMQT72QK. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to void, reject, or withhold distribution of Gift Code to a participant if we suspect fraud, deception, data breach, account compromise, or any other improper or illegal conduct (each, a "Security Incident"). We will have no obligation to issue or replace any Gift Codes associated with a Security Incident, nor any other obligation or liability with respect to any such Gift Codes, including no obligation to monitor or investigate any such Gift Codes. We are not required to give you any information regarding the issuance or use of any Gift Code or any other customer information in connection with a Security Incident or otherwise. Upon the initiation of our electronic transmission of Gift Codes, all risk of loss and title for the Gift Codes will pass to you or your designated recipient, as applicable. We have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for claims or losses thereafter, including, without limitation, that we have no responsibility to reissue or replace Gift Codes that are lost, stolen, misappropriated, or cancelled as a result of any Security Incident or otherwise. If fraudulent entries are discovered (including the use of multiple accounts, the use of multiple email addresses including aliases, or the submission of false information), eligibility and the right to receive the Gift Code will be voided.
The Company is not responsible for delays or failures in entry or code delivery due to communication failures or system issues.

Handling of Personal Information

The personal information you provide at the time of entry will be used for the operation of this campaign (entry confirmation, gift code distribution, inquiry handling, etc.) and for distributing the Company’s newsletter (including product information, event information, marketing promotions, etc.).
